Community Brands seems to be having some growing pains and this is reflected in lack of transparency about integration issues, lack of communications between sales and operations teams, and unannounced changes to the software. Some operations/support personnel do not seem to be familiar with the system, although this is improving.
We transitioned LMS providers in 2015 to YM Learning (then called Digital Ignite). We needed a system that could host our educational content as well as our customized surgical log tracking, which YM agreed to build. We have been satisfied with the customization piece of our online surgical log, although changes have proven to be costly and have had long time lines...
In regards to the LMS database my organization is currently using, they have several issues to resolve in regards to customer service, programing, and integration before receiving a better rating and review. It requires many steps to get a session on the LMS and is not really intuitive. There test engine is very strong and will allow for lots of testing options. Our integration with our AMS which is YM has not been great even...
