Pros: I can create instances for association company members who want to contract for a co-branded expeperience with access to a specific set of coures. I can easlity manage e-learning content that has revenue share model without a UX difference to the learner. It works. No errors, no glitches, no fuss. When we try to do something new, the customer support is terrific.

Cons: Having difficulty managing automated discounts for people in coutnries on the developing economies list.  Not using xAPI. Complex "if/then" statements to track CEUs for vaious accredited certificaiton doesn't work as a configuration, and I haven't investigated costs to do that as customization.
