We started our relationship with EthosCE about 5-6 years ago. The initial launch and implementation was a bit painful and we needed many customizations to make the platform work for us but we also do many things in a unique manner when compared to others in the industry. Over the years, we have seen EthosCE improve in many ways and we have really been able to make it our own. I think there's always room for improvement as far as integrations with our internal software goes - we still use two systems for our educational offerings but again, we do lots of unique things that are not standard to the industry. The customer service at EthosCE is absolutely amazing, the support team is extremely responsive and helpful, and we absolutely feel like we have a partnership with the Ethos team. They want to make the platform work for us and they care. They are all ears when it comes to suggestions and ideas and are always looking for ways to better themselves which is so great. Overall, we love the EthosCE team and look forward to continuing to grow with them!
