We LOVE our Freestone support team. Michael Lombardo is the best person to work with and has always been available to help with extra training or additional questions. While we generally like the platform a lot (users and presenters find it VERY easy to use in terms of webinars), we really wish that the sharing video options and screen share options were more seamless and didn't cause the level of disruption that they often do. If those improvements were made I think this would be 5 full stars!
