I utilized CE21 with a previous organization that I was affiliated with, and when I transitioned to a new organization, I saw an opportunity to improve our interactions with members. We transitioned from another association management software platform to CE21 and went live on January 1st. We were looking to add an LMS and enhance our member experience and interactions. Previously our system was difficult for members to utilize and navigate. CE21 has proven to be an easy system for our members to purchase courses and manage their accounts. CE21 brought us the member experience we were looking for in the LMS and AMS.

From the start, we experienced excellent customer service. From the AMS to web development, we had a dedicated team of trainers who met weekly to help us customize the software and train my team. As a result, everyone was confident in the software when we went live earlier this month. CE21 was also able to customize and develop new features that our organization needed to create the desired member experience. 

I would recommend CE21 as an AMS & LMS solution. We have been extremely happy with our experience, especially the customer service and training.
