One of the key aspects of a good SAAS is the user interface. I find that and more to be a friendly aspect of CE21. Here is what I like:

  • Customer service is excellent. The support ticket system is working well and responses are timely and friendly. 
  • Staff are always willing to listen and customize a solution if needed
  • The membership management system synchs well with the learning management system, since they are built on the same platform
  • Automation tools allow admin to "set it and forget it" and use the easy dashboard to monitor activity

What could be improved:

  • I would love to see integration with Quickbooks online and Zapier
