We are long time users of CrowdWisdom and have found them incredibly responsive to us.   Tech support typically replies within a few hours (usually less) and they are quick to help with any challenges we have.  Full disclosure - we use YourMembership as our AMS  (YM owns CrowdWisdom) so integration is smooth and easy.   Reporting and segmentation is basic but it meets our needs
