Core Partners excelled at working with us to create a product that worked for both our users and our support staff working in the admin. We needed customization beyond the typical "out of the box" learning management system (LMS). We had previous experience with another LMS vendor, that said they offered customization, that just reported that everything was out of scope or would not work with their LMS. Then they offered no post launch support when issued arrised.

We have worked with Core Partners and their CoreAchieve LMS on 2 very large projects. Both projects required custom development to have their LMS to make it work in connection with our in-house customer management platform and secure submission of data. Core Partners' staff, from day one, truly worked to make our projects succeed at every step. They came with all the abilities of the CoreAchieve LMS and then were able to offer that custom development need and what was lacking with the other vendor. Their team took the time to understand the needs of both our users and our own staff. I think that can often be overlooked, the admins that are mantaining the user's progress and online course purchases.

When we felt like we hit a road block on the project, their team worked to help find a solution quickly, one that would work with the budget/timeline and not hurt our overall goal. Core Partners has a great staff of developers and the fact that we could schedule a support peroid, during project launch and the first few days after, really helped us have a super successful launch. 

Their attention to detail and ability to work within the scope of budget and timeline really makes them a standout. I look forward to working with them again soon.
