We have used Skilljar since Oct-2014 to offer our online training to our contact center clients. It has been very easy to work with and maintain. The dashboard for our client users - in which they can only see their own users' work - has been very helpful and reduced the workload on our cusotmer care team. We had lots of options of how to set up things for outside usage and as our business changed, the staff at Skilljar has worked with us to make changes that make sense and reduce our workload. The company has been excellent to work with and are always available to consult on situations. Creating and updating courses is also very straightforward and intuitive, needing minimal admin training. Since 2014, the LMS has gotten more complex as additional functionality has been added, but it is still easy to create and maintain assets.
