I enjoy working with the Freestone Team greatly.  The product has served us well and is fairly well integrated.  Some of the end user experience has been difficult and not as easy as other programs, which has continued to be frustrating (but I understand that these things are not easily fixed and some fixes are in the works).  Excellent customer service.
