We have been using Freestone for 3.5 years and have grown our online course library quite a bit in that time.  The overall functionality (quizzes, videos, PDF materials, survey, certificates, etc.) of the online courses works well for our purposes.  If I had list my top 3 reasons why we're satisfied:

1. Customer Service - having a dedicated account manager (and Zendesk support) ensures we receive a response to all requests.

2. Integration - we integrate orders with NetForumPro (also Community Brands) and for the most part that works very well.  Credits claimed are synched back to NetForum, which is a huge plus.

3. Learner's viewership/progress is tracked - some of our courses are long (20 hours) so the Resume function picking up right where they left off is great.

If I had to share areas for improvement: Reporting (no dashboard, analysis, etc.), communication to learners (reminders of course expiration dates, for example), and some nice-to-have capabilities on the courses (conditional survey questions, making certain aspects of the course required, videos within quiz questions/answers).
