Top Class hits it out of the park for our non-profit, membership-based organization! The customer service is unparalleled! We feel so passionately about the care we receive from our customer success rep, it is as if she is a part of our team. Be it for questions, ideas, or troubleshooting, Top Class customer service is always there to promptly offer support. We have never felt like "just another client.

Top Class' development team is consistently, and thoughtfully, rolling out new updates which makes it feel as if the product is growing alongside us. These updates help the administration and end-user experience on top of what is an already pretty easy platform to navigate. I do hope Top Class will continue to build out the reporting feature so administrators can build queries and reports with more choice. Currently the reports are preset and standard. 

The integration with iMIS is what really seals the deal for us! WBT Systems, Top Class' parent company, was recently acquired by ASI (iMIS) which makes the integration that much stronger and robust. We now have two ends of support that know the other end, creating ease of communication.
