The support team is amazing. Whenever I needed an update, bug fix, etc they were always on top of it and always available to explain to me thoroughly what they did. The system itself does offer a lot of customization and you can create the ideal LMS for your company that fits into your branding. The navigation (front and back end) is amazing. I say the only downside is their reporting system. They do offer reporting data in abundance, the downside is you have to aggregate everything. I highly recommend this system
