Okay for basics
The platform is fairly user-friendly and customizable. From the admin side - it's somewhat limited on how you build courses and link things. The system allows you to update things or copy/edit courses, but then on the back end it makes things more complicated. The customer service is middle of the road. Some of the issues we've run into the customer service side hasn't even seen before. The communication could be better - we often have to follow up several times to get a response from our support manager/team which has been frustrating. The user experience seems fine from what we've seen so far, but the back-end admin side could be improved significantly.
