The system could work better if we had the time and money for improvements but overall it is not a user friendly experience for our customers. Our platform was set up for a specific usage but we have outgrown that process and need enhanced functionality. Some of our requirements also hinder the performance of the platform.

Learning Management System Response

Thank you for the review. Our first version of CourseStage was released a decade ago, and a few customers have elected not to follow our upgrade path. Typically, associations that choose not to invest in the most recent version do so because of the cost of new integration code or maintenance of custom features. We work diligently with our customer base to ensure upgrading is cost effective and ensures access to new features like mobile responsiveness, badges, and peer benchmarking. We work continuously to identify and improve the experience for administrators and course developers, including adding a host of user transcript filters, ways of automating completion, and course templates.
