Our experience with Oasis LMS has been top notch since the contract signing. 
Data and content migration from the old system was flawless. Single sign on integration with other systems was simple and fast. The entire implementation was done in around two months - ahead of schedule. There were no hidden costs and no "scope creep".

The learner interface is intuitive, clean & easy to navigate. When we transitioned to Oasis we did not receive a single call to customer service for help accessing the new LMS.
Learner functionality is robust in course types supported and provides self-service access to transcripts/certificates.

The admin side is incredibly intuitive and flexible for course building and content management. It's very easy to "repurpose" entire courses and individual pieces of content - from educational materials to things like evaluation forms. Reporting options are robust.
The system strongly supports the development and reporting of self-assessent exams - featuring an authoring interface that supports question creation, peer review, acceptance & publishing of the self-assessment exam. It also provides in-depth item performace reporting.

Customer service is fantastic - the "chat" feature is handy and response times are quick. 

Really a great LMS!
