A cumbersome LMS that seems to be unaware and/or uniterested in the amazing progress the field of learning has made in the last 10 years. An ask that requires reporting beyond comletion data gives me hives and forces me to block off 4 hrs of my day because of how slow it is to pull reports and the number of timeouts the server has. They say they support adaptive learning, and aggressively advertise it, but haven't see it despit multiple requests. Say that a TinCan implementation is coming last 2 years+ but again nada...does it host SCORM courses and allow for testing? Yes. So in that way, with those strict definition, it is functional.
