My experience with TopClass has been much more flexible and robust compared to our last LMS. I am on the customer-facing end of things, but I occasionally update course content, as well as upload student certification information to our state regulatory authority’s database.

Considering how many more students are using our product due to updating our course name to rank higher on the list of approved schools in our state, we don’t get that many more calls from people needing assistance because the course is easy to use on both a computer and smart device.

We are still somewhat new to TopClass, so there are a few kinks to be worked out, but their team has been great at coming up with solutions to fix them. Also, their resources and customer service for administrative inquiries are fantastic. 

This was absolutely the right move for our organization. Thanks TopClass!
