This platform offers a good variety of ways learners can engage with content and is simple to learn and use. However, the platform is glitchy. Everything usually works fine, but then something will randomly not function or function improperly. When this happens, getting support is difficult. Once support is on it, they do a good job of fixing it quickly, but it's not easy getting help at the outset. Another important issue is the platform is unclear when deleting something will delete it from the course only or from all the courses. It's not consistent throughout the platform features.This makes it too easy to accidentally delete content for all courses when you are working in an individual course. The platform would be fine for small projects or internal projects, but I would not recommend it for large projects or customer-centric projects.
